The market is an open-air style market in downtown Toccoa open every Wednesday and Saturday every month between May and October, with vendors offering craft and food items that are either homegrown here in Stephens County or handmade. All vendors are local and sell only items they have made or grown.
Items on sale on a given weekend include fresh local produce and products like soy candles, homemade lotions and soaps, jellies and jams, honey, herbs, plants and homemade pickles.
The Stephens County Farmers Market is in the Farmers Market building at 325 N. Broad Street, right near the Country Hearth Inn. It is open on Tuesdays from 3pm - 7pm and Saturdays from 8am - 12pm. The Farmers Market begins on June 1 and ends October 31.
