Juneteenth

Join us in downtown Toccoa for a day of community, culture, and connection! The Toccoa Improvement Association (TIA) is proud to present our annual Juneteenth celebration.

On June 17, 2021, the Juneteenth National Independence Day Act was signed into law, establishing Juneteenth as a federal holiday. We celebrate this milestone annually in June to honor the legacy of freedom and progress.

Time: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: Tugalo Greenspace in Downtown Toccoa, GA

Throughout the day, the greenspace will be alive with a variety of vendors, food stalls, and community resources for everyone to explore.

That evening there is a special performance by Beauty Munoz as part of the summer Ida Cox Music Series, bringing high-energy music to the heart of our city.
