Ritz Theatre Annex Addition Construction Services

The City of Toccoa invites proposals from General Contractors for “Ritz Theater Annex Addition”.
Attached is the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) instruction document. The written requirements contained in this RFP shall not be changed or superseded except by written addenda from the City of Toccoa. Failure to comply with the written requirements for this proposal may result in rejection of the proposal by the City of Toccoa.

Proposals will be received no later than 3:00pm on March 4th, 2024. Proposals may be hand delivered or sent via United States Postal Service or other postal shipping carrier. City of Toccoa is not responsible for proposals not delivered or received and it shall be the duty of the Proposer to ensure receipt. The City of Toccoa will not accept faxed or emailed copies of proposals. Hand delivered copies may be delivered between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (EDT) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, furlough days, and inclement weather closing. City of Toccoa reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities, and to award the contract based on the best interest of the City of Toccoa.
