Not only do we have downtown grant programs to give you a "boost" or help with your storefront, but we'd also like to help in other ways. A business plan is essential for developing a small or emerging local business. It provides a summary of what your business is, what you hope to accomplish, and where you hope your business will end up. Typically, business plans provide a timeline of growth, an appendix of like business models, and a call to action. Developing your business plan, in turn, develops your business.
