Currahee Military Museum
The Currahee Military Museum offers a powerful and immersive look into both the area’s military and local history. Housed in the historic train depot, the museum is best known for its connection to Easy Company 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, whose soldiers trained at nearby Camp Toccoa during World War II. In addition to its military exhibits, the museum features engaging displays that highlight the rich heritage of Toccoa and Stephens County, showcasing artifacts, photographs, and stories from the community’s past. Visitors can explore a wide range of exhibits honoring both the sacrifices of American servicemen and women and the people and events that shaped the region.
